Hotel du Vin offers a different experience to a standard hotel bar. Guests expect a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment when grabbing a drink, whether a quick one after work or as part of the wider food and beverage experience.
Responsible for providing guests with exceptional service by mixing cocktails, recommending drinks, and ensuring a memorable experience.
Previous experience of working in a Cocktail Bar is important.
