Who are we looking for?

A Data Engineer with experience building scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms in the cloud. If you enjoy working with data architecture, automation, and cloud technologies in collaborative teams, this role is for you.

Work model: Hybrid (Porto)- 3x in the office

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop data pipelines on cloud platforms (mainly AWS).
• Build and optimize Lakehouse architectures (Iceberg preferred).
• Develop and automate ETL processes and data workflows (Airflow, Step Functions).
• Ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams.
• Document solutions and share best practices with internal teams.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years building data pipelines in the cloud (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a plus).
• Experience with Spark ecosystems, ETL, BI, or Big Data environments.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data transformation tools.
• Experience with AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (French is a plus).
