Clinical Research Nurse

Upsilon Global are seeking freelance study/research nurse for an upcoming paediatric neurology study of TSC and FCD conditions that can cause seizures in children.

Patients are based across Belgium and The Netherlands, and the position will require commitment of approximately 20-40 hours p/month, for 9 months, to perform home visits.

The project includes the following tasks:

• Height, weight, BMI calculation
• Vital signs
• AE collection
• Con Meds
• ECG
• eDiary Review
• Blood draws (including venipuncture)
• Urine pregnancy test and questionnaires if required.

Background/experience:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as study nurse working with clinical trials
• Paediatric experience essential for venepunctures/blood draws
• Experience attending on-site patient visits
• Experience with patient recruitment (pre-screening, inclusion/exclusion criteria)
• Experience with wound care
• Basic life support training
