Contract Clinical Operations Lead (Country/Site Facing)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Contract Clinical Operations Lead to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract. This Full time role offers a daily rate of £450 to £500, and you will be based at our Welwyn site, following local guidance on onsite expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of operational aspects for one or more studies through all phases start-up, conduct, and close down, while adhering to ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.
- Act as the UK representative on the global study team.
- Manage site relations and recruitment in your country of origin.
- Provide direction and leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
- Collaborate with local Medical Affairs (MA) colleagues
- Work with colleagues to ensure timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments.
- Drive study timelines, budgets, and operational plans, ensuring quality, compliance, and diversity plans.
- Respond to IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees inquiries while promoting best practises.
