Overview

A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a German speaking Administrator to join its Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail oriented professional who enjoys delivering high quality service to customers and brokers.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring customer needs are prioritised at all times
  • Inputting and issuing Risk policies
  • Completing post issue processing for insurance applications
  • Handling broker and customer queries via phone, email, and mail
  • Preparing and issuing letters, documents, and communications to brokers
Your Skillset and Experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken German
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and time management
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
Salary and Benefits
  • €35 000 plus bonus of 15%
  • Pension Scheme, Healthcare Scheme
Location
  • Blackrock, Dublin South
  • Initial training period mainly office base, hybrid afterwards
