Job Description
Overview 
A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a German speaking Administrator to join its Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail oriented professional who enjoys delivering high quality service to customers and brokers.
Your Key Responsibilities- Ensuring customer needs are prioritised at all times
- Inputting and issuing Risk policies
- Completing post issue processing for insurance applications
- Handling broker and customer queries via phone, email, and mail
- Preparing and issuing letters, documents, and communications to brokers
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation, accuracy, and time management
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- €35 000 plus bonus of 15%
- Pension Scheme, Healthcare Scheme
- Blackrock, Dublin South
- Initial training period mainly office base, hybrid afterwards
