Client Services DirectorAs a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships between the Club and its clients. This involves driving the growth of client accounts, leveraging subject matter experts to enhance satisfaction and deliver strategic insights. You will align AND wide strategy with Business Unit needs and coach the team for success. This role manages a commercially successful portfolio, leads client negotiations, and trains team members in commercial practices.
What you'll bring to the table: Client Relationship Building- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to increase AND's impact and strategically understand the client, influencing our partnership and all ANDis to align and drive value.
- Maintain a tactical cadence of relationship building meetings outside of operational project delivery cadence to understand value delivered to customers and build closer organisational alignment, exploring future work opportunities.
- Consistently build trusted advisor relationships with C Suite, and be able to influence clients in the most effective way to achieve goals.
- Plan and shape feasible account strategies that represent value for our clients and support AND's growth and identify, shape and successfully pitch new business opportunities to clients.
- Consistently demonstrate a portfolio mindset, and lead the club's strategic portfolio planning (6 12 month view and beyond), working to build a balanced portfolio to achieve commercial targets and provide stimulating work for ANDis.
- Shape complex account strategies, often across AND BUs to deliver outstanding value for clients.
- Expertly organise, prioritise and coach the service team, sharing best practice in the wider service community.
- Understand AND's approach to delivery, scheduling, and onboarding and collaborate with Engagement Directors to understand the delivery context we are operating in and overall status of in flight projects.
- Manage portfolio operations and drive ANDi engagement and service team growth.
- Strategically manage portfolio wide complex issues, driving team capability to resolve and mitigate effectively and resolve highly complex, multi stakeholder issues, driving risk mitigation across portfolios.
- Communicate AND's mission and goals clearly, building connection between AND's proposition, our clients and our ANDis goals.
- Act as a great role model, creating a positive working culture and 'can do attitude'.
- Lead teams to success, proactively listening to concerns and enabling teams to overcome these.
- Be a reliable leader who joins the dots between AND's strategy, BUs strategy and ANDis needs, recommending plans to resolve.
- Set the tone for the BU and share skills.
- Be an inspiring leader who joins the dots between AND's strategy, BUs strategy and ANDis needs, putting plans in place for success.
- Be an exemplary leader who inspires.
- Be a credible BU Leader (no2 in the club) and emerging leader in AND.
- Evolve & iterate commercial processes to drive BU revenue & profitability.
- Support the creation of SOWs, with a thorough understanding of contract terms & commercial risk.
- Confidently manage a commercially successful portfolio, lead client negotiations and coach others in the BU.
- Lead and initiate successful commercial strategies across the BU.
