Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and administrative support for a busy Cardio-Respiratory Unit.
  • Book and cancel cardiac and respiratory diagnostics appointments, with a focus on community ECG and BP services.
  • Handle face to face and telephone queries from patients and clinicians.
  • Perform general administrative tasks in the office.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and ability to learn a range of computerised systems.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and approachable, with the ability to thrive in new environments.
  • Experience with booking systems and handling front line reception duties.
