Responsibilities- Provide reception and administrative support for a busy Cardio-Respiratory Unit.
- Book and cancel cardiac and respiratory diagnostics appointments, with a focus on community ECG and BP services.
- Handle face to face and telephone queries from patients and clinicians.
- Perform general administrative tasks in the office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent keyboard skills and ability to learn a range of computerised systems.
- Adaptable, flexible, and approachable, with the ability to thrive in new environments.
- Experience with booking systems and handling front line reception duties.
