Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 3.15pm
Pay Rate £13.45

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. in this role you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment while ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without previous cleaning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in designated areas.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, maintained, and safe to use.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times
• Complete all mandatory training required for the role.
• work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Delivery excellent customer service at all times
• identify opportunities to improve service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

• Previous cleaning experienced (preferred but not essential as full training is provided)
