About the Role

The days and hours: Monday / Wednesday / Friday (3 hour per day / can be worked any time after 16:00)

Hourly Rate: £12.80

Location: Heathfield, TN21 8RS

What you'll be doing:

• Dedicate time on site to go the extra mile and meet Atlas clients' needs.
• Inducted at the start of the contract and trained within the first week.
• Deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment correctly.
• Provide high standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Excited about making a difference.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the area.
• Attitude to thrive; cleaning experience preferred but we can train from scratch.
• Can carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview).
