Class 1 Driver 2026

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) HGV on planned trunking routes.
• Complete depot to depot trunking work as scheduled.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure the vehicle and trailer are operated safely and responsibly.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• CPC and Digi Card.
• No more than 6 points on the licence.
• Holding an HGV licence for at least 2 years.

Details

Pay rate: £19.98PH - £35.46PH.

Days of work: 7 day operation, work 5 out of 7 days.

Location: Stoke on Trent.

Duration: Ongoing temporary contract offering full time or part time hours.
