Salary:£24,890plus up to 10% annual bonus
Hours:37.5 hours, 5 days a week
Shifts:Monday to Sunday, 08:00-20:00
Interviews:Running until 1 April 2026

We are looking for confident, customer-focused people to join our inbound contact centre team in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will support customers following a motor accident, guiding them with empathy, professionalism and care. You will gather the right information, help identify liability and deliver the world class service our customers expect.

For non fault or partial fault claims, you will identify opportunities to offer a third party claims service, helping customers avoid claiming on their own insurance where appropriate
