The Role - Civils Site Manager

• Day-to-day site management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
• Programme planning, labour and resource control
• Ensuring health & safety, quality and housekeeping standards are maintained
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Enforcing company standards and driving best practice on site

The Person

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• First Aid qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Organised, proactive and solutions focused
