Job Description
Overview 
Children's Home Deputy Manager - Liverpool. Salary up to £38,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and effective in providing support to children and young people.
- Deputise as the manager when the Registered Manager is absent.
- Support with managing and recruiting the staff team.
- Operate within a Widnes-based home that specialises in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
- Ensure the home can support up to 2 children and maintain quality of care as rated GOOD by OFSTED.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
- 2 on, 4 off, with admin days.
- £15.00 per hour + £60 per sleep.
- NVQ level 3/4 in children and young people.
- Team Leader or Deputy Management experience.
- Driver.
