Children's Home Deputy Manager

Overview

Children's Home Deputy Manager - Liverpool. Salary up to £38,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home is safe and effective in providing support to children and young people.
• Deputise as the manager when the Registered Manager is absent.
• Support with managing and recruiting the staff team.
• Operate within a Widnes-based home that specialises in supporting children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
• Ensure the home can support up to 2 children and maintain quality of care as rated GOOD by OFSTED.

Contract details

• Full-time, permanent contract.
• 2 on, 4 off, with admin days.
• £15.00 per hour + £60 per sleep.

Requirements

• NVQ level 3/4 in children and young people.
• Team Leader or Deputy Management experience.
• Driver.
