The Role:

• Drive the leadership operating rhythm, ensuring pace, clarity, and discipline for the Deputy Service Director and the wider team.

• Sharpen evidence-based decision-making and improve cross-functional alignment across 160+ global locations.

• Act as a Proxy for senior leaders in engagements with central government bodies (eg, Cabinet Office, HMT), coordinating key submissions and shaping the narrative.

The Essentials:

• Experience in a senior operational or Chief of Staff role, thriving in complex, fast-moving environments.

• Strong political astuteness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with confidence at senior Civil Service levels.
