We are seeking an experienced professional to be the 'leadership execution engine' for the 'RUN' function of a critical UK Government secure technology service. This organisation is undergoing significant transformation and requires a steady hand to strengthen operational discipline and coordination.
The Role:
Drive the leadership operating rhythm, ensuring pace, clarity, and discipline for the Deputy Service Director and the wider team.
Sharpen evidence-based decision-making and improve cross-functional alignment across 160+ global locations.
Act as a Proxy for senior leaders in engagements with central government bodies (eg, Cabinet Office, HMT), coordinating key submissions and shaping the narrative.
The Essentials:
Experience in a senior operational or Chief of Staff role, thriving in complex, fast-moving environments.
Strong political astuteness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate with confidence at senior Civil Service levels.
Mandatory Requirement: Current SC
