Chief Legal & Compliance Leader - Hybrid, Profit Share

Bettys & Taylors Group is seeking a Head of Legal to lead our UK legal function from Harrogate. Reporting to the Group Governance, Risk & Compliance Director, you will advise senior leaders, shape strategy and embed best practice across the business.

The role is hybrid, based in Harrogate, 37.5 hours a week, with responsibility for risk, compliance, IP, and commercial matters across our brands. You will develop a high-performing team and partner with executives to drive long-term growth.
