Artemis are looking for passionate kitchen porter at Sandhole Oak Barn, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, with a strong background in food led establishments.

Requirements

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
• Experience preferred but training will be provided
• Own transport due to remote location
• Some commercial kitchen experience

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chef/ Manager on duty and assist to ensure a smooth running of the event
• Operating automated dishwasher
• Hand wash and sanitising large kitchen prep items
• Cleaning of kitchen equipment & surfaces
• Some lone working
• H&S - training will be given
• Food Hygiene - training will be given
