Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: Supportive SRC Ltd, Ferryhill, County Durham (Hybrid working available)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

The Role

As CEO, you'll lead strategy, inspire teams, and ensure financial resilience. Reporting to the Board, you'll shape our future, expand our impact, and represent the charity at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver our strategic plan and drive organisational growth.
• Ensure robust financial leadership-budgeting, forecasting, and income diversification.
• Oversee risk management and compliance.
• Build strong partnerships and act as our public ambassador.

About You

• Proven success in strategic leadership, financial management, and risk oversight.
• Experience in the charity or social care sector would be an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Passion for making a real difference.
