Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: Supportive SRC Ltd, Ferryhill, County Durham (Hybrid working available)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Supportive is a registered charity and not for profit organisation founded to support people in and around the Northeast of England to live full and active lives with the freedom of choice in their own future. As our current CEO prepares for retirement, we are looking for a leader who shares our values of compassion, respect and collaboration to drive growth, strengthen financial sustainability, and champion our mission.
The RoleAs CEO, you'll lead strategy, inspire teams, and ensure financial resilience. Reporting to the Board, you'll shape our future, expand our impact, and represent the charity at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver our strategic plan and drive organisational growth.
- Ensure robust financial leadership-budgeting, forecasting, and income diversification.
- Oversee risk management and compliance.
- Build strong partnerships and act as our public ambassador.
- Proven success in strategic leadership, financial management, and risk oversight.
- Experience in the charity or social care sector would be an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Passion for making a real difference.
- Competitive salary of £70,000-£80,000
