Pabulum Catering is recruiting for a Chef Manager to deliver exceptional food experiences at Blair Peach Primary School. We aim to start this role in September.

The school has a dedicated team in a well-maintained environment. You will have a close relationship with the school and be responsible for an established kitchen committed to providing the best for children.

As a Chef Manager, you will work with a passionate team to create an outstanding experience for our school community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing kitchen operations, including Health & Safety, Training & Development, and maintaining Unit Bookwork
• Handling food deliveries and managing storage
• Developing relationships with clients, team, and customers to ensure the catering service continually improves and grows

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service
• A great communicator, team player, and motivator with supervisory experience
• Financially astute, with training provided on our processes and systems
• Qualified or experienced in catering craft

Role details and benefits include:

• Salary: £31,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
