Chef de Partie

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members' Club, located in the heart of London's St. James's. Our kitchen is built around live cooking, exceptional ingredients, and a commitment to quality. You'll work across two restaurants within the club, creating dishes that celebrate seasonal British and European produce, with a strong focus on fire cooking and Josper grill techniques.

• 45-hour contract plus paid overtime
