Chef de Partie

We're on the lookout for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of our latest pub, The Druid Inn in Gorsedd, near Holywell. Twenty minutes drive from Chester City Centre. The role is for 30 hours per week, offering flexibility with shift patterns.

The Druid is our 4th pub and opened in March 2024, after an extensive refurbishment with a brand new induction kitchen that creates top quality food.

It's in a lovely place too - Gorsedd and the surrounding villages are charming and the people that live there definitely deserve a really good pub. The menu is on the traditional side and predominantly British, with allowance for some flair, using fresh produce with an emphasis on quality.

This position would suit somebody used to working in a busy pub environment with good knowledge of fresh food operations, who is well organised, a good communicator and loves the buzz of a busy service and is able to work in all sections of the kitchen.

When The Druid Inn opens, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily food operation to ensure a smooth service and adhering to HACCP documentation and processes.
