Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality dishes across lunch, dinner, snacks, and banqueting events; maintain the best possible quality wherever assigned.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of your workstation; assist teammates as needed.
• Communicate openly with other departments to coordinate dinner and event operations and manage inventory as required; contribute ideas to improve the menu and continuous innovation.
• Be part of a collaborative team, adapting to busy service periods to ensure timely preparation and execution.

Qualifications

• Preferably SVH chef's diploma or an equivalent diploma.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations or willingness to follow the training course for HACCP compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: €15.67 - €19.10 per hour (scale 6 of the Dutch hospitality industry CLA).
