Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality dishes across lunch, dinner, snacks, and banqueting events; maintain the best possible quality wherever assigned.
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of your workstation; assist teammates as needed.
- Communicate openly with other departments to coordinate dinner and event operations and manage inventory as required; contribute ideas to improve the menu and continuous innovation.
- Be part of a collaborative team, adapting to busy service periods to ensure timely preparation and execution.
- Preferably SVH chef's diploma or an equivalent diploma.
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations or willingness to follow the training course for HACCP compliance.
