Charity Shop Manager - 27.5h, Lead & Grow Sales

Age UK in Stowmarket is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the store and a team of staff and volunteers on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will drive sales, provide excellent donor/customer service and ensure smooth daily operations in our Stowmarket store (Suffolk).

The role involves leading and training the team, managing stock, and delivering a high-quality shop experience while supporting Age UK's charitable mission.
