Overview

MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a leading collaboration software company that sits at the centre of modern meeting-room experiences, to recruit a Channel & Ecosystem Sales Representative. The company provides a software control layer that standardises and stabilises shared-room collaboration across hardware and unified communications platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organisation driving innovation across workplace collaboration, AV integration, and enterprise communication ecosystems.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of partner led and partner influenced revenue across AV resellers, system integrators, OEMs, and hardware aligned channel partners
  • Recruit, activate, and commercially develop new integration and ecosystem partners to expand market reach
  • Build joint pipeline opportunities through structured co selling initiatives and collaborative partner strategies
  • Deliver partner enablement through sales training, technical positioning, and commercial engagement to strengthen ecosystem capability
  • Maintain a strong field presence within distributor networks, integration communities, and regional industry events to generate pipeline and market visibility
  • Execute a consistent enterprise narrative through the channel, working closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and differentiation
  • Gather structured partner and market feedback to inform product roadmap and commercial strategy
  • Take ownership of partner attributed revenue performance and ecosystem expansion targets
Essential Skills & Criteria
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem sales within AV, unified communications, collaboration technology, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success driving co sell opportunities and partner led revenue growth
  • Strong relationship building skills with distributors, system integrators, resellers, and hardware partners
  • Confident communicator with experience delivering partner training, presentations, and enablement initiatives
  • Highly proactive, field driven sales professional comfortable working autonomously and building influence within technical sales environments
  • Commercially focused with strong accountability, responsiveness, and follow through
