The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents over 10,000 physicians worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to enhance patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology.
We are now looking for a new team member to join our Board Relations and Association Management Department. The Department works directly with CIRSE's CEO, our two leadership bodies (Executive Board and Executive Committee) and our international partners, and covers a broad spectrum of exciting topics, ranging from association management and next generation engagement initiatives to European Commission-funded projects and global outreach activities.
Junior Project Manager in Board Relations and Association Management
1010 Vienna full time immediate start
Aufgaben
- Organising meetings, drafting minutes and completing timely follow-up activities
- Preparing materials such as presentations and briefing notes, timelines, project outlines and reports
- Providing administrative and project management support to various working groups and/or EU-funded projects on different medical/scientific topics
- Building and maintaining relationships with members as well as external stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration and future engagement opportunities
- Providing on-site support and real-time coordination during meetings and events at CIRSE's congresses
- Managing official society correspondence and assisting with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
You will work in close co-operation with the Society leadership and your team colleagues, reporting directly to your head of department or team lead and the CIRSE Executive Director.
Profil
- Native (or near-native) English speaker with a good command of German
- Working knowledge of at least one additional language, ideally French or Spanish
- University degree in social sciences, politics or communications, or related fields
- Experience in managing projects, organising meetings and drafting minutes and reports
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Interest in medicine and related political/business development fields
- Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and challenges
