On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Change Manager- PD/PM Accreditation Programme for until 31st Mar 2027,contract based in London. Please note this is a Part Time role, 2 days per week.

Purpose of the role:

The Change Manager will support the hands-on delivery of the PD/PM Accreditation Programme change roadmap, applying the Arup 5A Model to help leaders, accreditors, project directors, project managers and regional teams understand, adopt and embed the new global accreditation approach.

The role will translate the roadmap into practical change activity, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and ensure adoption is supported through clear engagement, readiness, learning and feedback loops.

What you'll do:

  • Translate the Change Management Roadmap into a clear, prioritised change delivery plan across PD accreditation, PD re-accreditation and early PM accreditation preparation.
  • Apply the Align, Appeal, Articulate, Action and Anchor phases to structure change activity, ensuring each phase has proportionate outputs, ownership and measures.
  • Complete and maintain change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption plans, including impacts on PDs, PMs, accreditors, approvers, regional teams and BAU owners
  • Build and manage stakeholder engagement plans, including regional sponsors, operational change champions and business leaders, to strengthen understanding, commitment and ownership.
  • Work with Internal Communications to shape clear, audience-led messaging, including the case for change, re-accreditation narrative, legacy accreditation transition and PM accreditation preparation.
  • Coordinate guidance, training, onboarding and support materials for accreditors, candidates and impacted teams, ensuring learning activity is aligned to programme milestones.
  • Work closely with programme, project, Data & Systems, regional and BAU colleagues to manage dependencies, risks, decisions and sequencing across the roadmap.
  • Define and track adoption measures, feedback loops and improvement actions to support sustainment, BAU transition and stable ownership.

The skills you'll need:

  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci, APMG Change Management or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering organisational change within complex environments.
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-region transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience in change impact assessments, readiness assessments and adoption planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and managing broad stakeholder groups.
  • Track record of delivering process, capability, learning or operating model change initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive delivery.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience within professional services, consultancy, engineering or matrix organisations is desirable.
  • Exposure to accreditation, certification, talent development or capability frameworks would be advantageous.
