Role Overview

Our Client is seeking an XP'd M365 Copilot Adoption & Change Manager to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Microsoft Copilot across the organization. The consultant will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, deployment readiness, and adoption measurement for the Client's Way of Working (WOW) program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the change management strategy, adoption roadmap, stakeholder plan, and integrated delivery schedule.

Partner with HR, CIO stakeholders, business leaders, managers, technical teams, and regional representatives to drive adoption from the top down.

Plan and execute adoption activities for Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 environment.

Create user communication emails, Microsoft Teams posts, SharePoint Online Intranet content, user guides, FAQs, and instructional PowerPoint materials.

Coordinate awareness sessions, leadership briefings, workshops, webinars, deployment communications, and end-user training.

Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and resistance management activities.

Support adoption of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Loop, Copilot, and related applications.

Use ServiceNow ticketing and change processes to coordinate, document, and track production changes and adoption dependencies.

Gather user feedback, monitor adoption indicators, identify barriers, and recommend corrective actions.

Provide clear status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and progress updates to program leadership.

Required Skills and XP

At least 7 years of XP in organizational change management, digital workplace transformation, or Microsoft 365 adoption.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, and Loop.

XP developing and maintaining change management strategies and adoption roadmaps.

XP supporting leaders and managers to sponsor and drive adoption from the top down.

Proven XP creating communications, training materials, Intranet content, Teams posts, and instructional presentations.

XP with ServiceNow ticketing systems and formal change management processes.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, writing, and executive communication skills.

XP working across global teams, cultures, and time zones.

Preferred XP

Prosci, APMG Change Management, ADKAR, or equivalent certification.

XP in banking, financial services, or another regulated enterprise.

Previous Copilot deployment, responsible AI adoption, or enterprise AI enablement XP.

XP supporting organization-wide workplace transformation programs.

Key Deliverables for the Assignment

Approved change management strategy and M365/Copilot adoption roadmap.

Stakeholder, leadership engagement, communications, and training plans.

User communications, Teams posts, SharePoint Intranet content, FAQs, and PowerPoint training materials.

Readiness and impact assessments with mitigation actions.

Adoption reporting, lessons learned, and transition recommendations for ongoing ownership.

Success Measures

Completion of agreed communication, training, and deployment-readiness milestones.

Measurable user engagement with M365 and Copilot adoption activities.

Positive stakeholder feedback and clear resolution of identified adoption barriers.

Sustainable handover of materials, governance, and ongoing adoption actions to internal owners.
