Change & Training Lead

6-Month Contract | Up to £350/day | Outside IR35 | UK Travel Required

Are you an experienced Change & Training professional who thrives on helping people adopt new technology?

We're partnering with an established UK organisation embarking on a major system rollout alongside AI tool integration, and we're looking for someone to lead the training and adoption journey from start to finish.

This is a highly visible contract where you'll create engaging training, build a network of internal Training Champions, and ensure employees across the business feel confident using new systems and AI-powered tools long after the project is complete.

What you'll be doing

• Own the end-to-end training and digital adoption strategy.
• Design engaging training for Admin, Finance, Field Operatives and Subcontractors.
• Create practical guides, video tutorials and bite-sized mobile learning content.
• Deliver webinars, workshops and one-to-one coaching across the UK.
• Build and develop a sustainable Super User/Training Champion network.
• Embed practical workplace AI tools into everyday business processes.
• Measure adoption, training completion and user competency throughout the rollout.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and confidently overcome resistance to change.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience delivering IT training, digital adoption or change initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong instructional design and change management skills.
• Experience with workplace AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Ability to simplify complex software into clear, engaging learning materials.
• Comfortable travelling across the UK to support teams on-site.
• Experience within field service, construction, logistics or facilities management is highly desirable.

Contract details

• Up to £350 per day
• Outside IR35
• 6-month initial contract
• UK-wide travel required
