Job Description
Case Administrator Role - West Bromwich (B70 7PQ)

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37 hours per week). Please note the role will require a late night to be worked once a month, usually on a Wednesday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Contract: Temporary for six months from start date (with potential for extension)
Working pattern: Fully onsite

We are currently recruiting for a case administrator to work for our Public Sector client, in their Probation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting the operational delivery of a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant databases
  • Prepare, maintain and collate case and other records, files and management information in accordance with the standards required
  • Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide cover for reception and support telephone enquiries
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
  • Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards
About You
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Confident and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Please note this role will require the clients enhanced vetting to be completed, this may take up to 12 weeks to complete
