(Split shifts on both days 7.30am - 11.00am and 3.00pm - 6.00pm)

St Wilfrid's Primary School is a Catholic Voluntary Academy for girls and boys from age four to eleven in the south of Sheffield. The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and diligent Caretaker to join this wonderful school as part of a job share with an existing part-time post-holder.

The Governors require a school caretaker who:

• Is able to offer full support the Catholic ethos of the school (this does not necessarily mean being Catholic)
• Is willing to undertake cleaning duties
• Is highly motivated and self-driven
• Is able to undertake administrative work linked to the role
• Has an understanding of safeguarding
• Has an understanding of and experience in site security and health and safety
• Can be flexible as and when required to support events happening at school during and after school hours
• Pays attention to detail and has high standards
• Is keen to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team of staff
• Is able to draw upon previous experience in a similar role (although this is not essential)
