Caretaker

Role: Caretaker

Location: HU7

Hours: Early shift 6am - 2pm, late shift 1pm - 9pm

Start: ASAP

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Caretaker to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, proactive individual with a strong background in caretaking. The role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
• Porterage tasks such as parcel deliveries
• Completing PPMS as per contract
• Adhering to the company's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
• Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation

Additional requirements:

Full enhanced DBS required (must be clean)
