Care Team Leader (Team Facilitator)
Location: East Kilbride, G74 1JP
Salary: £30,900 per annum + additional on call payment
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week (hours inclusive of 1x 12hr support shift per week)
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle required
