We have an exciting prospect for Captains to join on a permanent contract in London Gatwick after completing an A320 Type Rating.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain safety and ensure a high-quality flying experience for passengers and crew. Make strong, informed decisions and uphold the highest standards in all operations. Support the airline's goals as part of a collaborative, inclusive team.
Initial Training and OnboardingNon-Type Rated Captains will complete a full A320 Type Rating with an approved training organisation at the start of employment, followed by an easyJet Operations Control Centre (OCC) posting. Funding options for the A320 Type Rating may be available. All pilots will then complete a standard easyJet OCC.
Requirements- Operated as a Commercial Passenger Captain on jet aircraft above 30 tonnes MTOW within the last 12 months (at point of application).
- A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.
- A minimum of 1,000 total PIC hours on jet aircraft above 30 tonnes MTOW (by easyJet induction date).
- Holds UK CAA Licence.
- UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
- The right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet network.

- Stage 2 - Online Assessments
- Stage 3 - Application Review
- Stage 4 - Assessment Centre (non-technical and technical/SIM assessments) at one of our Simulator Centres
