Capability Owner (Demand & Capacity Management)

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Capability Owner for a 5 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the major point of contact with regards to Demand & Capacity management and System- and Batch Monitoring for all internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for Strategic alignment, Resource mgt, Service Delivery, Innovation & adaptibility, Governance & compliance, Performance measurement and Risk Mgt of demand & capacit mgt
• Establish and maintain the applicable IT Controls specifically for Demand & Capacity Management, System- and Batch monitoring, within the broader overall IT Control framework.

Experience:

• IT or Business education on HBO or university level
• Experienced writer and presenter.
• Experienced in working on IT Infra Compliancy, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with technical side demand & capacity mgt and system Monitoring, demonstrable knowledge of tooling in this domain.
• Clear understanding and proven experience of core infrastructure environment eg storage, networks, database etc.
