Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration of functions with understanding of client core business functions and partner with multiple senior management teams to meet goals and deploy new products and process enhancements
• Solve high-impact, high-profile problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards
• Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions and communicate with external parties as needed
• Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions as a technical expert in all development and implementation phases, providing in-depth analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions
• Conduct management activities, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties as assigned
• Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with laws and regulations, escalating and reporting control issues with transparency

Technical Skills Desired

• Extensive experience managing large-scale global projects within the Futures and OTC Clearing product domain
• Expertise in ETD trade processing and lifecycle workflows
• Deep knowledge of the ETD Fees, Commissions, and Brokerage domain with understanding of data elements driving these workflows, including FIA systems
• Working knowledge of FIS GMI and ION XTP, with specialization in the reference data landscape within these systems
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and Python
• Experience with structured project management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects
• Strong SDLC and stakeholder management in a global, dynamic environment
• Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and select appropriate alternatives using root cause analysis and cost-benefit evaluation
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
• Self-motivated with the ability to hit the ground running
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and productivity tools

Education

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
