Contract Type: Full Time Hybrid 3 days onsite

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Processing Administrator to join our team at TSOC, providing essential administrative support across the PFI contract and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of business activities.
This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting a range of functions including finance, HR, vetting, training coordination, technical engineering administration and front of house services. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting operational processes and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities- Provide efficient clerical and administrative support across the PFI contract.
- Run, analyse and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Raise Purchase Order and Sales Order requests, ensuring all required standards and processes are met.
- Support the resolution of finance related queries.
- Validate and process HR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Submit, monitor and track vetting applications on behalf of the business.
- Coordinate and organise training courses in line with operational requirements.
- Maintain data trackers and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Engineering team.
- Deliver front of house and reception cover as required.
- Support the day to day running of Investment House, including meeting room bookings.
- Complete weekly Fire Alarm Checks and maintain associated records.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records.
- Competent numerical and data handling skills.
- A proactive individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues across different functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
