Business Process Manager

As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you are responsible for focusing on creating happy clients and efficient internal collaboration over our departments by designing and modelling optimal processes together with our stakeholders. You will fill your backlog with designing processes that contribute to standardization, centralization, and client journey improvements

Outcomes of the project

• Delivering all Privacy Assessments for 2025
• Delivering all Process Risk Assessments for 2025
• Delivering improvement on processes based on maturity scans from improvement score 1 to 3 before the end of the year
• Improving the risk control framework in the transition to main bank
• Helping colleagues on NFR topics like Fraud

Responsibilities

• Use process data from the client's library
• Utilize insights from Process Owners
• Sync with Product Owners to redesign processes that will provide the most benefit
• Designing and modelling optimal processes with stakeholders
• Defining clear roles and responsibilities as part of the test strategy
• Coaching and aligning delivery team members in relevant aspects of testing

• Capability in delivering Process Risk Assessments
• Expertise in process improvement based on maturity scans
• Experience in improving risk control frameworks
• Knowledge of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) topics, including Fraud
