WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Streamline and maintain core operational processes to improve stability and effectiveness

• Partner with technical and risk teams to ensure workflows meet governance and compliance needs

• Map and document workflows, identifying areas for improvement and innovation

• Lead regular reviews to ensure processes remain relevant and optimized

• Track process performance and resolve issues that impact operational quality

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Hands-on experience in IT operations with a strong process improvement mindset

• Skilled in using workflow and documentation tools, preferably ARIS

• Familiarity with IT service frameworks and governance standards (eg, ITIL)

• Confident working independently while guiding less experienced colleagues

• Clear communicator with an eye for structure and quality in documentation
