Business Process Analyst - Compliance & Ops - Global Tech

We're hiring a mid-level Business Process Analyst to join a global supply chain compliance team on a 6-month contract. The role is London hybrid, and it's hands-on from day one.

This isn't just BA work-it's project ownership, compliance oversight, and operational process redesign. You'll spot gaps, fix them, write the docs, and keep cross-functional teams moving.

What's the offer?

• Annual salary up to £64,000 doe
• 6 months contract - inside IR35, PAYE - Paid weekly
• Location: London - Hybrid - 3 days onsite is a MUST

What we're looking for:

• 3-6 years' experience in compliance, operations, or analytics roles - Busines Analyst / Business Process Analyst / Compliance Ops - BA
• Hands on experience in process mapping, documentation, and project coordination
• Good experience with SQL (read, interpret queries), Excel, Visio
• Bonus: Tableau know-how
