Your new role
This is a pivotal position at the heart of the organisation, supporting senior leadership while ensuring the smooth running of business operations.
Combining high-level Executive Assistant support with wider business management responsibilities, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders - driving efficiency, supporting governance and enabling effective decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive EA support, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Preparing and coordinating meetings, agendas, reports and briefings
  • Acting as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Supporting governance processes, including leadership meetings and action tracking
  • Overseeing business support activities to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Managing and improving administrative processes and systems
  • Supporting strategic projects, tracking progress and coordinating outputs

    What you'll need to succeed
You will be a highly organised and proactive professional, confident working in a fast-paced, senior-facing environment.
To be successful, you will have:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA or Business Support Manager
  • Experience supporting senior leaders at Director level or above
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced IT skills, including MS Office
Desirable:
  • Experience within a public sector or complex organisational environment
  • Exposure to governance or leadership support functions
  • Experience supporting projects or business operations
