As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organisation to drive new revenue for BMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers and identify new revenue opportunities for BMC.
• Use digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales reps.
• Directly impact the pipeline, helping the team close deals more efficiently and effectively.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach, deploying a persistent and innovative mindset.
• Incorporate enablement and training into your daily operating rhythm.
• Leverage world class enablement teams and the investment BMC is allocating to you.
• Continuously learn, participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate to solve everyday problems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Be a great storyteller and articulate achievements through your professional or personal experiences.
• Possibly fluent in English and at least one other language, depending on market focus.
• Business professional level (C1) of German language is required for the role.
