Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the location intelligence market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) should have:

  • A strong background in sales, particularly within the data insights, analytics and consultancy industry.
  • Proven experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Experience of selling complex services to commercial real estate clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to understand and present location intelligence solutions to a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented attitude towards achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
