Job Description- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the location intelligence market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies and project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
A successful Business Development Manager (BDM) should have:
- A strong background in sales, particularly within the data insights, analytics and consultancy industry.
- Proven experience in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Experience of selling complex services to commercial real estate clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to understand and present location intelligence solutions to a diverse audience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- A proactive and goal-oriented attitude towards achieving sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A competitive base salary in the range of £45,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
