BPAS invites applications for a Business Development and Data Administrator to support our Business Development Team and the Data Processing and Reports Manager.
This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate data recording and management to support invoicing, reporting and auditing. It also provides administrative support across a range of business development activities, supporting service development, contract management and internal reporting. It is a full time, permanent position working 36 hours per week on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday, with travel to the Head Office in Leamington Spa typically required once a month.
Main duties- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information to support invoicing, reporting and auditing.
- Monitor and audit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of invoicing information.
- Support the production and submission of invoicing documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
- Assist with service development activities, including mobilisation of new services and tender administration.
- Support BIS/CAS system processes, including data management, reporting and user help desk support.
- Maintain accurate contract data and support data quality through regular auditing and updates.

Experience- Experience in the collection and manipulation of data
- Previous administrative experience
- Experience in supporting a Business Development team in a healthcare setting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Access
- Effectively manage meetings and record actions
- Working knowledge of relational database theory
- Supporting the administrative function of business development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Advanced Microsoft Access skills
- Ability to collate and organise data from a variety of sources
- Ability to manipulate statistical data and information
- Minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (or equivalent)
