The Reception team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing at the Resort. The reception team possess excellent customer service skills and identify opportunities to excel on customer experiences. No task will be too big or small when it comes to our guests needs.
SalaryThe on target earning potential for this role is £13.17 per hour, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus a qualified estimate of £0.46 gratuities per hour.
About the roleThis role is a zero hours contract, 16 hours, 2 days per week, including weekends.
Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
- Register guests into the hotel and check them out, deposit valuables into
- Issue guests keys ensuring that the hotel policy is adhered to
- Provide excellent guest service, resolving problems when they arise and identifying opportunities to make guests' experiences memorable and enjoyable
The ideal candidate will have had experience working in a busy guest facing role and is able to stay calm under pressure. You will also have the following:
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest
- Experience working in a hotel would be preferred but is not necessary
- Experience working with Opera is preferred but not essential
